We offer flexible packages starting at $300 and deliver an MLS‑ready folder of professionally edited photos within 48 hours. Want a sky‑high perspective? Combine your session with our FAA Part 107‑certified drone services and get stunning aerial photos or a fly‑through video to make your listing pop. Services & Rates:

• Standard Photo Package – $300:
  Up to 25 high-resolution, MLS-optimized images. Covers properties up to 1,500 sq ft. Includes interior & exterior shots. 2-day turnaround.
  Add drone photos: +$100 | Add twilight edits: +$50

• ProPhoto + Drone Bundle – $450:
  Up to 40 retouched images, including aerial shots. Best for larger homes or properties with unique exterior features. Covers up to 3,000 sq ft. 2-day turnaround.
  Add twilight edits: +$50

• LEXFLEX Full Package – $750:
  A complete media suite: 50 retouched photos, drone photo + video, 90-sec branded walkthrough, twilight edits, and a 15-sec vertical teaser for social media.
  3-4 day turnaround | Save $50 by bundling

• Day-of Shoot Requirements:

  To keep your shoot on schedule and your listing looking its best, please ensure the following:

  • Property must be fully cleaned, decluttered, and photo-ready before arrival

  • All lights on and working, window blinds open unless otherwise specified

  • Pets secured or removed from the property

  • Vehicles removed from driveway/front of the property (for exterior shots)

  • If twilight shots are included, please ensure exterior lighting works

  • Listing agent, host, or designated rep must be on site (or grant entry access)

  A reshoot fee may apply if property is not ready upon arriva

  How long does a typical shoot take?
  Photo-only shoots usually take 45-60 minutes. Video or bundle shoots can take up to 90 minutes depending on the property size.

  When will I receive my images and/or video?
  Photos are delivered within 2 business days. Video tours take 3 days. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.

  Do I need to be at the property?
  You or a representative are welcome to be present, but not required—just make sure access is arranged ahead of time.

  What areas do you serve?
  We primarily cover the Greater Los Angeles area. A small travel fee may apply for outlying cities—just ask.

  Do you offer bulk or monthly packages?
